فكرافي (fekrafy.com) هي منصة ذكاء اصطناعي لتصميم منشورات التواصل الاجتماعي باللغة العربية. تُدار المنصة من قبل فريق فكرافي.Fekrafy (fekrafy.com) is an AI-powered social-media design platform for Arabic content. The platform is operated by the Fekrafy team.

البيانات التي نجمعهاWhat data we collect

نجمع البيانات الضرورية لتقديم الخدمة فقط. تشمل البيانات التي نجمعها ما يلي:We only collect data needed to provide the service. This includes:

• بيانات الحساب: اسم النشاط التجاري، عنوان البريد الإلكتروني، وكلمة المرور. يتم تخزين كلمة المرور على خوادمنا بعد تجزئتها (hashed)؛ لا نحتفظ بها كنص واضح.Account data: business name, email address, and password. Passwords are stored hashed on our servers; we never keep them in plain text.
• بيانات البراند: اللوجو، الألوان، الشعار/العنوان، الموقع الإلكتروني، ورقم الهاتف إن أدخلته.Brand-kit data: logo, brand colors, tagline, website domain, and phone number if you enter one.
• المحتوى الذي تُنشئه: الأفكار والوصف التي تكتبها، والتصاميم والصور والكابشن المنشأة بالذكاء الاصطناعي. تُخزَّن الصور على خدمات تخزين سحابية آمنة.Content you create: the ideas and descriptions you write, and the AI-generated designs, images, and captions. Images are stored on secure cloud storage.
• بيانات ربط فيسبوك: عند ربط صفحة فيسبوك، نتلقى معرّف الصفحة، وحساب إنستجرام المرتبط بها (إن وجد)، ورمز الوصول (access token). يتم تشفير رمز الوصول في حالة السكون وتخزينه على خوادمنا.Facebook connection data: when you connect a Facebook Page, we receive the page identifier, any linked Instagram professional account, and an access token. The access token is encrypted at rest on our servers.

كيف نستخدم بياناتكHow we use your data

نستخدم بياناتك فقط للأغراض التالية:We use your data only for the following purposes:

• تشغيل المنصة وإنشاء التصاميم والكابشن بناءً على الأفكار التي تكتبها.Operating the platform and generating designs and captions based on the ideas you write.
• نشر المنشورات التي توافق عليها صراحةً إلى صفحة فيسبوك وحساب إنستجرام المهني المرتبط.Publishing posts you explicitly approve to your Facebook Page and linked Instagram professional account.
• التواصل معك بشأن حسابك، والرد على استفساراتك، وتقديم الدعم الفني.Communicating with you about your account, responding to your questions, and providing support.
• تحسين جودة المنتج وأمانه، ومنع الاستخدامات غير المصرح بها أو الاحتيالية.Improving product quality and security, and preventing unauthorized or fraudulent use.

ربط فيسبوك وإنستجرامFacebook and Instagram connection

عندما تختار ربط صفحة فيسبوك، يتم توجيهك إلى فيسبوك لتسجيل الدخول عبر بروتوكول OAuth والموافقة على النطاقات التالية: pages_show_list، وpages_read_engagement، وpages_manage_posts، وinstagram_basic، وinstagram_content_publish.When you choose to connect a Facebook Page, you are redirected to Facebook to log in through OAuth and approve the following scopes: pages_show_list, pages_read_engagement, pages_manage_posts, instagram_basic, and instagram_content_publish.

نستخدم رمز الوصول الذي نتلقاه من فيسبوك فقط لنشر المنشورات التي تطلبها صراحةً. لا ننشر أي محتوى نيابةً عنك دون موافقتك المباشرة، ولا نستخدم رمز الوصول لقراءة رسائلك أو بيانات متابعيك أو تفاعلاتهم.We use the access token we receive from Facebook solely to publish posts you explicitly request. We do not post anything on your behalf without your direct approval, and we do not use the token to read your messages, followers, or engagement data.

يمكنك فصل الربط مع فيسبوك في أي وقت من خلال إعدادات البراند داخل التطبيق. عند فصل الربط، نحذف رمز الوصول من خوادمنا.You can disconnect the Facebook connection at any time from the brand settings inside the app. When disconnected, we delete the access token from our servers.

نطبق أيضاً "رابط إلغاء التفويض الخاص ببيانات فيسبوك" (Meta Data Deletion Callback) على العنوان /publishing/facebook/deauthorize. إذا طلبت فيسبوك حذف بيانات المستخدم المرتبطة بالتطبيق، نقوم بحذف الرموز وبيانات الربط المعنية.We also implement Meta's Data Deletion Callback at /publishing/facebook/deauthorize. If Facebook requests deletion of user data associated with the app, we delete the relevant tokens and connection data.

الجهات الخارجية التي تساعدناThird-party services we use

نستعين بمزودي خدمات خارجيين موثوقين لتشغيل أجزاء من المنصة. لا نبيع بياناتك لأي طرف، ولا نشاركها إلا بالقدر اللازم لتقديم هذه الخدمات. قد يتغير مزودو الخدمة المحددون مع تطور المنتج، ونحرص على تحديث هذه السياسة بما يعكس ذلك:We rely on trusted third-party service providers to operate parts of the platform. We do not sell your data, and we only share what is necessary to deliver these services. The specific providers may change as the product evolves; we keep this policy updated accordingly:

• خدمات توليد المحتوى بالذكاء الاصطناعي: لإنشاء التصاميم والصور والنصوص والكابشن بناءً على الأفكار التي تكتبها.AI content-generation services: to generate designs, images, text, and captions based on the ideas you write.
• واجهة Meta Graph API: لنشر المنشورات على فيسبوك وإنستجرام.Meta Graph API: for publishing posts to Facebook and Instagram.
• مزودو الاستضافة السحابية والتخزين: لاستضافة التطبيق وتخزين الصور المُنشأة بشكل آمن.Cloud hosting and storage providers: to host the app and store generated images securely.
• Stripe وفوري وفودافون كاش: نخطط لاستخدامها لمعالجة المدفوعات، وهي غير مفعلة حالياً. سيتم تحديث هذه السياسة عند تفعيلها.Stripe, Fawry, and Vodafone Cash: we plan to use these for payment processing, but they are not active yet. This policy will be updated when payments go live.

الاحتفاظ بالبيانات وحذفهاData retention and deletion

نحتفظ ببياناتك طوال فترة تفعيل حسابك، وذلك لتتمكن من الوصول إلى تصاميمك وإعادة استخدام بيانات براندك. إذا طلبت حذف حسابك أو بياناتك، سنحذف بياناتك الشخصية والمحتوى خلال ٣٠ يوماً، ما لم يكن هناك التزام قانوني يستلزم الاحتفاظ بها لفترة أطول.We keep your data for as long as your account is active so you can access your designs and reuse your brand settings. If you request deletion of your account or data, we will delete your personal information and content within 30 days, unless a legal obligation requires us to keep it longer.

حقوقكYour rights

لديك الحق في الوصول إلى بياناتك، وتصحيحها، وحذفها، والاعتراض على معالجتها، أو طلب نسخة منها. لطلب أي من هذه الحقوق، أرسل إلينا على privacy@fekrafy.com وسنرد عليك في أقرب وقت ممكن.You have the right to access, correct, delete, object to processing, or request a copy of your data. To exercise any of these rights, email us at privacy@fekrafy.com and we will respond as soon as possible.

ملفات تعريف الارتباط والتخزين المحليCookies and local storage

لا نستخدم ملفات تعريف الارتباط للتتبع أو الإعلانات. في متصفحك، نخزّن في Local Storage رمز المصادقة (fekrafy_token) وتفضيل اللغة فقط. لا نضع بكسلات تتبع أو أدوات تحليلية مخفية، ولا نبيع بياناتك إلى أي جهة.We do not use cookies for tracking or advertising. In your browser, we store only the authentication token (fekrafy_token) and your language preference in Local Storage. We do not use tracking pixels, hidden analytics, or sell your data to anyone.

الأمانSecurity

نحمي بياناتك باستخدام بروتوكول HTTPS في النقل، وتجزئة كلمات المرور، وتشفير رموز الوصول إلى فيسبوك في حالة السكون، والتحكم في الوصول إلى الخوادم. مع ذلك، لا توجد طريقة نقل أو تخزين إلكترونية تكون آمنة بالكامل، لذا نحثك على حماية كلمة مرورك وعدم مشاركتها.We protect your data using HTTPS in transit, password hashing, encryption of Facebook access tokens at rest, and server access controls. However, no electronic transmission or storage method is completely secure, so we encourage you to keep your password safe and not share it.

التعديلات على هذه السياسةChanges to this policy

قد نقوم بتحديث هذه السياسة من وقت لآخر. سيعكس تاريخ "آخر تحديث" في أعلى الصفحة أي تغييرات جوهرية. يُعتبر استمرارك في استخدام فكرافي بعد نشر التعديلات موافقةً منك على النسخة المحدثة.We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of the page will reflect any material changes. Your continued use of Fekrafy after updated terms are posted means you accept the revised policy.

اللغة الحاكمةGoverning language

تتوفر هذه السياسة باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية. في حالة وجود أي تناقض بين النسختين، تكون النسخة العربية هي السارية والحاكمة.This policy is available in Arabic and English. In case of any conflict between the two versions, the Arabic version shall prevail.
