فكرافي (fekrafy.com) هي منصة ذكاء اصطناعي لتصميم منشورات التواصل الاجتماعي باللغة العربية، وتُدار من قبل فريق فكرافي.Fekrafy (fekrafy.com) is an AI-powered social-media design platform for Arabic content, operated by the Fekrafy team.

الخدمةThe service

تتيح لك فكرافي كتابة فكرة منشور بالعربية أو الإنجليزية، ثم توليد مفاهيم وتصاميم وكابشن بالذكاء الاصطناعي، ونشر المحتوى الذي توافق عليه صراحةً إلى صفحة فيسبوك وحساب إنستجرام المهني المرتبط بها عند ربطك لحسابك.Fekrafy lets you describe a post idea in Arabic or English, generates concepts, designs, and captions with AI, and — when you connect your account — publishes the content you explicitly approve to your Facebook Page and linked Instagram professional account.

قد تتطور مزايا المنصة أو تتغير بمرور الوقت؛ سنحرص على إشعارك بأي تغيير جوهري يؤثر على استخدامك.Features may evolve or change over time; we will notify you of any material change that affects your use.

حسابكYour account

أنت مسؤول عن تقديم بيانات صحيحة لنشاطك التجاري، وعن الحفاظ على سرية بيانات الدخول الخاصة بك، وعن جميع الأنشطة التي تتم من خلال حسابك.You are responsible for providing accurate business information, keeping your login credentials confidential, and for all activity that occurs under your account.

الخدمة مخصصة للاستخدام التجاري من قبل أصحاب الأنشطة والشركات.The service is intended for business use by business owners and companies.

الكريدت والمدفوعاتCredits and payments

تعمل فكرافي بنظام الباقات المدفوعة مسبقاً (كريدت): الكريدت الواحد يقابل تصميماً نهائياً عالي الجودة، بينما المفاهيم النصية والمسودات والتعديلات والكابشن مشمولة دون خصم من رصيدك.Fekrafy works with prepaid credit packs: one credit corresponds to one final high-resolution design, while text concepts, drafts, tweaks, and captions are included at no extra cost.

لا تنتهي صلاحية الكريدت، ولا يُخصم أي رصيد عند فشل عملية الإنشاء أو التصدير.Credits never expire, and no credit is consumed when a generation or render fails.

تُعرض الأسعار ووسائل الدفع المتاحة عند الشراء، وتُعالج المدفوعات عبر مزودي دفع خارجيين. في حال وجود مشكلة في عملية دفع، تواصل معنا على privacy@fekrafy.com.Prices and available payment methods are shown at checkout, and payments are processed by third-party payment providers. If you have a billing issue, contact us at privacy@fekrafy.com.

المحتوى المُنشأ بالذكاء الاصطناعيAI-generated content

قد يحتوي المحتوى المُنشأ بالذكاء الاصطناعي (تصاميم ونصوص) على أخطاء أو عناصر غير دقيقة. أنت مسؤول عن مراجعة المحتوى النهائي قبل استخدامه أو نشره.AI-generated content (designs and text) may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing the final content before using or publishing it.

النشر ومنصات ميتاPublishing and Meta platforms

لا يتم نشر أي محتوى إلا بطلب صريح منك في كل مرة. عند ربط صفحة فيسبوك، أنت مسؤول عن الالتزام بشروط منصة ميتا وسياسات المحتوى والإعلانات الخاصة بها، بما في ذلك القواعد الخاصة ببعض القطاعات (مثل الادعاءات الطبية).No content is published except at your explicit request each time. When you connect a Facebook Page, you are responsible for complying with Meta's Platform Terms and its content and advertising policies, including sector-specific rules (such as medical claims).

يمكنك فصل الربط في أي وقت من إعدادات البراند داخل التطبيق. ويحق لنا تعليق مزايا النشر في حالة إساءة الاستخدام أو مخالفة هذه الشروط.You can disconnect at any time from the brand settings inside the app. We may suspend publishing features in case of abuse or violation of these Terms.

الاستخدام المقبولAcceptable use

توافق على عدم استخدام الخدمة لإنشاء أو نشر محتوى غير قانوني أو ضار أو مضلل أو منتهك لحقوق الغير، وعدم إساءة استخدام المنصة أو محاولة الوصول غير المصرح به إلى أنظمتها.You agree not to use the service to create or publish content that is unlawful, harmful, misleading, or infringes the rights of others, and not to abuse the platform or attempt unauthorized access to its systems.

الملكية الفكريةIntellectual property

تحتفظ بجميع حقوقك في بيانات براندك (اللوجو والألوان والمحتوى الذي تدخله). ويمكنك استخدام التصاميم المُنشأة لك بحرية، بما في ذلك تجارياً.You keep all rights to your brand assets (logo, colors, and the content you enter). You may use the designs generated for you freely, including commercially.

قد تتضمن التصاميم المُنشأة ضمن الرصيد التجريبي المجاني علامة مائية لفكرافي.Designs generated under the free trial balance may include a Fekrafy watermark.

تظل المنصة ببرمجياتها وعلامتها التجارية ملكاً لفكرافي.The platform, its software, and its brand remain the property of Fekrafy.

توفر الخدمةService availability

تُقدَّم الخدمة "كما هي". قد نعدّل أو نوقف بعض المزايا مؤقتاً أو دائماً، ولا نتحمل مسؤولية التغييرات التي تطرأ على خدمات الأطراف الخارجية التي تتكامل معها المنصة (مثل تغييرات واجهات ميتا البرمجية).The service is provided "as is". We may modify or discontinue features temporarily or permanently, and we are not responsible for changes in third-party services the platform integrates with (such as Meta API changes).

حدود المسؤوليةLimitation of liability

إلى أقصى حد يسمح به القانون، لا نتحمل المسؤولية عن أي أضرار غير مباشرة أو تبعية (بما في ذلك خسارة الأرباح أو البيانات) الناتجة عن استخدام الخدمة. وفي جميع الأحوال، لا تتجاوز مسؤوليتنا الإجمالية المبلغ الذي دفعته لنا خلال الاثني عشر شهراً السابقة للمطالبة.To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages (including loss of profits or data) arising from use of the service. In all cases, our total liability does not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

إنهاء الخدمةTermination

يمكنك التوقف عن استخدام الخدمة وطلب حذف حسابك في أي وقت عبر privacy@fekrafy.com. ويحق لنا تعليق أو إنهاء الحسابات التي تخالف هذه الشروط.You can stop using the service and request account deletion at any time via privacy@fekrafy.com. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

التعديلات على هذه الشروطChanges to these Terms

قد نحدّث هذه الشروط من وقت لآخر، وسيعكس تاريخ "آخر تحديث" أعلى الصفحة أي تغييرات جوهرية. يُعتبر استمرارك في استخدام فكرافي بعد نشر التعديلات موافقةً منك على النسخة المحدثة.We may update these Terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date at the top of the page will reflect any material changes. Your continued use of Fekrafy after updates are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

اللغة الحاكمةGoverning language

تتوفر هذه الشروط باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية. في حالة وجود أي تناقض بين النسختين، تكون النسخة العربية هي السارية والحاكمة.These Terms are available in Arabic and English. In case of any conflict between the two versions, the Arabic version shall prevail.
